En cuanto a los totales diarios de calor\u00edas, todo depende de si entrenas exclusivamente para perder grasa o para mantener la masa muscular. <\/p>\n<p>Esto puede sonar un poco confuso, ya que los que entrenan para mantener la masa muscular tambi\u00e9n van a querer perder grasa corporal, pero la diferencia en el enfoque del entrenamiento depende de si <strong>tambi\u00e9n quieres conservar tu masa de tejido magro<\/strong>. Si s\u00f3lo quieres perder grasa, entonces simplemente tendr\u00e1s que realizar actividad cardiovascular y cero entrenamiento de resistencia (siempre que no tengas inter\u00e9s en conservar la masa de tejido magro). <\/p>\n<p>Si quieres <a href=\"https:\/\/cytomel-t3.com\/thyroid-benefits\/\">conservar tejido y perder grasa<\/a>, entonces necesitas realizar una combinaci\u00f3n de entrenamiento de resistencia y actividad cardiovascular. Hay que tener en cuenta que la frecuencia del entrenamiento cardiovascular y de resistencia va a variar para estas personas.
