Per quanto riguarda il totale delle calorie giornaliere, dipende se ti stai allenando solo per perdere grasso o per sostenere i muscoli. <\/p>\n<p>Questo pu\u00f2 sembrare un po&#8217; confuso dal momento che chi si allena per il sostentamento muscolare vuole anche perdere grasso corporeo, ma la differenza nell&#8217;approccio all&#8217;allenamento dipende dal fatto che tu voglia o meno <strong>mantenere la tua massa di tessuto magro<\/strong>. Se stai cercando di perdere solo grasso, allora dovrai semplicemente svolgere attivit\u00e0 cardiovascolare e zero allenamento di resistenza (a patto che tu non abbia interesse a preservare la massa di tessuto magro). <\/p>\n<p>Se vuoi <a href=\"https:\/\/cytomel-t3.com\/thyroid-benefits\/\">preservare i tessuti e perdere grasso<\/a>, allora devi eseguire una combinazione di allenamento di resistenza e attivit\u00e0 cardiovascolare. Va notato che la frequenza dell&#8217;allenamento cardio e di resistenza varier\u00e0 per questi individui.
