I have zero complaints using their domestic shipping. They were super fast and kept me posted as advertised. Most importantly, I couldn’t be happier with the test results! I absolutely recommend and will use again! They did email me notifying about the progress of my order, but took a couple of days before I realized their email went to my spam folder. By this time the products were almost home.

It seems normal to have to put up with short replys that take 24 hours to get to you in which sometimes it leads on to another question source could of answered in the first message, since this is normal with big international sources I never complain and happy with the service. Excellent customer service. All my emails were answered within minutes. Once I entered the wrong product and they refunded my full purchase immediately, allowed me to re-enter correctly.
